Nikki Konz graduated from the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Advertising. 

Nikki has spent the last 25 years of her career largely in volunteer work. Living in St. Louis from 1998 to 2007, she worked in Youth Ministry for North County Life Teen, restructured and co-led her parish youth group, and managed a retreat center. Moving back to Lincoln, Nikki continued to work in youth ministry at her parish and, more recently, at Pius X High School.

Stepping back into her career path in 2022, Nikki now strives to help build up the Church through her work at Sacred Heart Consulting. She enjoys using her education and her experience in ministry together to provide client onboarding, communications, marketing consulting, and data management.

In her free time, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, walking, going to the gym, swimming, and cycling.
