Brendon Pond is a University of Nebraska— Lincoln graduate with over sixteen years of collegiate ministry experience. The last eleven of those years have been with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS), including nine years serving as a Senior Regional Director for FOCUS.

At FOCUS, Brendon is responsible for hiring, placing, and managing teams of missionaries on college campuses throughout the Midwest. He also oversees the department that stewards FOCUS' chaplain and campus ministries relationships.

Brendon brings this experience together with his certification in Working Genius to the Organizational Health team at Sacred Heart Consulting, providing invaluable insights into both how Catholic campus ministries can work well and how they can improve.

Brendon brings expertise and energy to the table when helping clients optimize team performance and processes. In his free time, Brendon enjoys hunting, fishing, and building or refurbishing furniture and has never been known to turn down a café Americano!
